Marval is looking for a versatile individual with strong organisational and administrative/process driven skills to act as the first point of contact for our customers. The role includes solving technical issues and ensuring allocated calls are being resolved within the Company’s defined Service Level Agreements.

Applicants should have at least 3 years practical experience working in a commercial environment.

Skills being sought include: – A methodical, logical and analytical approach, working within strict deadlines, excellent communication skills and maintaining effective, efficient working practices, procedures and policies. Conversant with Microsoft packages. ITIL Qualifications and experience with SQL would be advantageous.
