The IT Service & Support Awards take place in Spring every year to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the brilliant teams and people working in the IT service and support industry. The IT Service & Support Awards look for excellence, professionalism and innovation in the industry and we encourage everyone to enter.
Hosted by SDI, the awards take place on the evening of the first day of SDI’s annual Service Desk Conference on 13th March 2018 at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham.

Entries for the IT Service & Support Awards 2018 are now closed.
However the entry deadline for the Best Implementation of an ITSM Solution Award is slightly later on 12 January 2018.

All entries will be submitted to the judging panel and if you have made it through to the shortlist you will be notified by 26 January 2018.
